Stephanie Goold

Nutritional therapist

Having suffered with acne for all of my teenage years, I understand the detrimental effects it can have on a person’s emotional wellbeing. My aim and motivation is to help educate and support clients in improving their health and lifestyle, so that they may become the best versions of themselves - on the inside and out.

Nutrition is the foundation to optimal health. There is no one-size-fits-all answer to health and wellness questions, which is why a specific and personalised approach is key to achieving your health goals.

My previous background was working in the Financial Services industry in the City of London for a number of years, before deciding to change career completely and realise my dream of becoming a Nutritional Therapist. I retrained with the acclaimed Institute for Optimum Nutrition completing the four-year professional-level diploma in Nutritional Therapy. I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy as well as being registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council government body.

During the consultation, we will discuss various areas of your health which may be contributing to your skin condition. The body is a complex collection of systems working together, so if one area of health is suffering then it can have knock-on effects elsewhere, including the skin. Acne can be a sign/symptom of an imbalance/s in the body that you may not have considered previously. Nutritional therapy seeks to find the root cause of symptoms, then to devise a personalised nutritional plan that can help support the identified areas of ill health.
